PAPAYA SUNRISE

You know those delicious watermelon icee’s? Well, I one upped it.

Also, did you know papaya is an excellent fruit to heal UTI's as well as treat a host of digestive issues including Crohn's, IBS, Colitis, etc.?

It is also great for balancing electrolytes and keeping you hydrated.

A delicious, cool drink in minutes.

I hear you papaya haters out there. But that just means you haven't had a good papaya.


INGREDIENTS 1/2 papaya 1 banana Splash of water

Ice


DIRECTIONS 1. Scoop out the seeds from the papaya and dispose.

2. Scoop the flesh of the papaya and place into blender with a splash of water.

3. Fill the rest of the blender up with ice.

4. Blend!

NOTES

- Aldi has incredible papayas (from Mexico) during the summer months. You are welcome.

- Obviously if you are not on the Papaya bandwagon, use any melon you wish.
