FAT BARS

I #veganized Momma Bears “Fat Bars” (also called Magic Bars). These have always been one of my favorite desserts & I must say these turned out incredible! DF, GF, Plant Based.


INGREDIENTS 1 C oats, I used minute oats 1 C almond flour 1/3 C coconut oil 1/4 C maple syrup Coconut sweet cream (1-15 oz can coconut milk + 1/2 C medjool dates, blended. I used half of what it made.) Shredded coconut Enjoy life mini chocolate chips Sliced almonds

RECIPE 1. Preheat oven to 350F 2. Line 8x8 pan with parchment paper 3. Combine oats, almond flour, coconut oil and maple syrup. Press into pan. 4. Layer coconut sweet cream on top. 5. Cover with shredded coconut, then chocolate and almonds. Make sure to press down so toppings stick. 6. Bake for 25 minutes. 7. Let cool & serve. I stored mine in the fridge.
